Beach2Beach

the edition's first race page — built on race day.

Race-day hero lands here.

First event of the 2026–27 edition. The group splits across three distances and reconvenes at the coffee end, as is right.

The entries

Who's in

Two at the half marathon, a mob at the 14k, a crew at the 6k. Names go here when the organiser calls the roll; there's a 3k for anyone bringing small people.

The official race

The Beach2Beach Running Festival — Sunday 23 August 2026, its 32nd year, four distances (the Mounties Group Half Marathon, 14k, 6k, 3k), finishing festival on the beach, and over $7 million raised for Northern Beaches charities since 1994.

Everything official lives at beach2beach.com.au — course maps, race packs, the flyover — and entries are at raceroster.com. Results land on their results page; ours land here, group shot first.

The morning

Race day

Written after the run — the start pens, the hill everyone pretends isn't there, who found whom at the finish. Photos from every phone: send them through the share page and they land in this gallery.

From the course.
From the crowd.
The route & the numbers

Standard on event pages: the Garmin panel — distance, elevation, moving time — and the Relive flyover. Send the export or the link from the share page and the studio wires it in.

Results

When they're in

Times listed once official, in finishing order and without commentary. The group shot outranks the finish time; that rule is older than the edition.

Three distances, one café.
