The loop

The standard 10k

Out through North Head, the long grind, the fast laps, and down to the wall at Fairy Bower where the coffee queue doubles as the finish chute. Variants earn their own line on the map when a watch catches them.

The fast laps

Two stretches with names

The long lap — the full fast lap — around 3:30 is the country to beat. The short lap — the short lap by the 5km mark — half your long is the target. Both get marked on the map once the first trace lands; times live on The Clock.

Feed the map

Garmin Connect (web) → the activity → export to GPX → upload it on the share page's route card. Relive links welcome too — they become the flyover.

The course never changes. The excuses do.
