"✓ in the log" means it's safely with the studio. Photos appear in the gallery and on the pages after the studio's next pass — usually overnight, never instantly. That's the craft, not a fault.
The frame that holds the morning — the group at the wall, the swim, the light doing something. Put your very best here so they get the big treatment. When it lands we'll ask why this one — one line about what was happening. That line is what makes the page.
Ran a variant, or wore the watch at a race? Send the Garmin export (GPX/FIT/TCX) or a screenshot of the stats — the route panel and the flyover on the page are built from these.

Skip the admin — we know the course. Give us the line of the morning: what somebody said at the wall, or your one-liner for the day. The best one goes on the page. Easiest is to just say it.

The ritual is fixed: the long lap first, then the short. Whatever you clock on the long, the short's target is half of it. Beat the half and the board marks it.
The date is set to today — change it if you're owning up late. One lap is fine; times go up on The Clock after the studio's next pass, usually overnight.
This week's shots play as a full-screen slideshow, newest first — cast it at the café or pass the phone down the wall.
